Refold. Folding, Recyclable Cardboard Desk That Supports The Weight Of An Adult
A team of New Zealand designers have created a cardboard table called “Refold” which they claim is “flexible, foldable and portable, affordable and 100% recyclable.”
It reminds us of the Paperpedic Bed, a cardboard bed with a spectacular design.
The table, designed by Fraser Callaway, Oliver Ward and Matt Innes, can support the weight of an adult on top, even though it only weighs 6.5 kg.
It can be folded for a sitting, standing, or laptop-like position. Standing shape is especially important due to relatively recent studies that have exposed how unhealthy it is to sit for long periods of time.
Easy to assemble in less than 2 minutes.
