  • 1 cup of butter

  • 2 eggs

  • One teaspoon of vanilla.


Mix the butter with the sugar, then add the eggs, alternating with the flour and baking powder, the vanilla and the pieces of soft nougat, until you have a homogeneous dough. Let it rest in the refrigerator, then make the cookies any way you prefer. Bake 15 minutes.

  • 2 gelatin sheets.
  • 1 cup of heavy cream.
  • 1 cup of milk.
  • 1 soft nougat tablet.
  • 1 cup of sugar.

Mix well, pour into a bowl of milk and cream. Mix until the liquids thicken. After it cools, refrigerate until it has an ice cream texture.
